I was Assisted by the Firestone employee named "Kyle". Kyle was extremely helpful, Corteous and supportive from the beginning of my visit all the way until the end. I had an excellent experience with Lizzy at the front desk. She went above and beyond to help me resolve the issues with my car and made the entire process much easier and less stressful. Her customer service was outstanding, and she took the time to explain everything clearly. Lizzy also provided me with excellent options for applying for a credit card and helped me understand the benefits available to me. She was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about helping me find the best solution. Thank you, Lizzy, for your exceptional service. You are a great asset to the team, and I truly appreciate all your help!

I have been to many Firestone stores and this one specifically, I do not recommend at all, do not waste your time or money. I usually do not give feedback, but no customer deserves this lack of professionalism. It is supposed that all Firestone stores are related, as they all have customer information when purchasing tires; I bought 4 tires in November 2025 in Miami Dade, which included lifetime balancing and rotation, and I even received a free general inspection promotion with the purchase. I went to this Fort Lauderdale store to do the rotation and balancing, and they charged me for the balancing. I didn’t ask at this location because I have always bought at the official Firestone stores in Miami Dade and they never charged me for balancing when I bought the tires at the official stores. One of the threads of a screw was damaged because they themselves adjust it with compressors that damage the thread; did they take care of that? Yes, but they put on a completely different nut, and I was also missing one on another tire, I complained and they put on the one that was missing. While at another place that was not Firestone, doing another service, they broke a screw of the tire, I

Kyle is amazing. Cannot express how much I appreciated his help when I came in to drain excess oil and get a change. If there Is any sort of compensation or reward that management can give him -- I highly advise it. Kyle is an asset to Firestone and deserves to be recognized for his amazing work. From now on I will ONLY be taking my car to this specific Firestone, and having Kyle work on it himself.

Hi everyone, I have owned a cycle shop for 38 years and I’m retired. I went to Firestone on State Road 80 For in Fort Lauderdale and had them change out some new tires and rims for my car. They were very organized fast courteous, and above all their new manager Zeke is at the front desk. He is from Boston, as I watched I found him to be very honest sincere explained everything to the customer that was truly necessary, which is a rare quality if I still had my shop, I would hire him as well. The men in the back had taken care of my tires installation, balancing and even put on down to the smallest detail, the vowel stem caps. They are a good crew and work in unison and was very fast and efficient as when I came in I expected to wait for quite a while that Shop moves very good no hurry, but very precise George Adams.
